Is the free plan really free?

Yes, and it is not a trial. Your own page with unlimited links, a QR code, the collection form, Google and CSV import with Google kept up to date on its own, and reviews on your store or site, including the stars beside your price. No card and no time limit. Free pages publish 5 reviews and carry a small "Powered by Kudo" badge; collecting more never stops, and Pro publishes them.

How do I import my Google reviews?

Connect your Google Business listing and Kudo pulls in what customers already wrote. Nothing to retype.

What happens to a review I do not want on my page?

Nothing appears until you publish it. Reviews you hide stay hidden rather than being deleted, so you can change your mind.

Do customers need an account to leave a review?

No. They scan the code or open the link, write, and they are done. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.

Can I change my page address later?

Yes, and your old address keeps working. A QR code already printed on a menu does not stop scanning.

Can I put my reviews on my own website?

Yes. Paste one line of code anywhere, or add the Kudo section from the theme editor if you are on Shopify or Wix.

Can I customise how the page looks?

Choose a layout and add your logo on any plan; Pro adds six page themes and a cover photo. The page carries your brand, not ours.

How does the QR code work?

Every page comes with its own. Print it on menus, receipts, cards or a table tent, and it opens your review form.

Does it work with Shopify or Wix?

Yes, and you do not need the code. On Shopify, add the Kudo section from the theme editor and your product ratings also go into the two standard rating metafields, so your theme draws stars on product and collection pages with no script at all. On Wix, add the Kudo element from the editor.

Will my reviews show stars in Google?

Your page publishes review structured data, and for products you get a Google Merchant Center feed of ratings and reviews you can hand to Google Shopping. Google decides what it shows, as it does for everyone, but the data is there and correctly formed.

Can Kudo ask my customers for a review by email?

On Pro. A request goes out a set number of days after delivery, once per order, and never to somebody who unsubscribed or who you already asked in the last 90 days. You set the number of days.

What if a customer writes in another language?

The review form follows the visitor, so they answer in theirs. Reviews can then be translated for visitors who read another language — shown beside the original rather than instead of it, and always labelled as a translation, because the words the customer wrote are the ones that count.
